(n-1)X(n-1)=area for your waiters to walk. (n-2)=number of waiter. Minimum 1 waiter. Eg. 4 Cooks- 4 Stoves = 2 Waiter. 12 tables 4 stoves. Square formation. 4x4 outside. 3x3 inside. Rep will increase slowly. However must keep efficiency above 80% =)
